Responsabilitati: Oferirea de suport specific clientilor companiei: - analizarea problemelor semnalate de clienti (telefonic, prin e- mail sau prin pagina web); - evaluarea problemelor si alegerea modalitatilor de solutionare; - oferirea de feed-back clientilor cu privire la cauzele si solutiile problemelor semnalate. Cerinte: - Limba GERMANA sau limba SPANIOLA - nivel avansat; - Limba ENGLEZA - nivel avansat; - Foarte bune cunostinte de operare PC; - Bune abilitati de comunicare; - Spirit de echipa; - Experienta anterioara intr-un call-center minim 6 luni (reprezinta un avantaj).
