Project Management Trainer - Bucharest
Our client is an international consulting company, offering consulting and
training services to organizations throughout the world, building competitive
advantage using systematic, process approaches to resolve business issues and
achieve peak people and project performance, currently expanding its activity
in Romania.
Their consulting approach, methodology and instruments have been established as
a successful trademark in organizations throughout the world.
We are recruiting for the position of Project Management Trainer, opened
within the Romanian team.
This person will be responsible for arranging and/or providing company's
specific training and instruction to functional units and client organizations
in regard to Project Management issues.
He/ she will have such day to day responsibilities as:
Teach basic and advanced project management concepts according to company's
training methodology and design;
Provide consistent and reliable coaching and advice as requested ;
Establish a rapport with potential and junior managers to guide them towards
taking on greater responsibilities ;
On occasion, provide advice to senior managers on business issues generally;
Make training arrangements including release of staff and site logistics
Ensure all the training objectives are correctly gathered, understood and
properly approached during the workshop
Recognize the trainings Key Success Indicators and manage the work within
scope, quality, time and cost constraints
Act as "training consultant and adviser" if required .
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this position is a Project Manager working within a
technical or IT background, working within a complex organization, who would
like to take a step forward in her/ his career toward the consulting
environment.
Requirements:
- Relevant training or certification in project management and degree in a
relevant technology ;
- 3-7 progressive years working in a project and/or project management
consulting environment ;
- English Fluent and available for traveling;
- Goal orientation and action-focused, pragmatic and self-disciplined, good at
project planning, organizing, communication, teaching and presentation ;
- Comfortable working with all levels in the client organization.
