Our client is one of the leading global management consulting, technology
services and outsourcing companies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Payment Posting Process including verifying error and perform
resolution, act as liaison to the client;
- Manage Pay Cycle Process including performing verification and modification;
- Perform Quality Review on Payments;
- Perform payment processing information including queries, inquiries, reports,
communication;
- Reconciles Accounts Payable on a monthly basis;
- Analyze problem vendor accounts to identify patterns, trends, or missing
pieces and resolve payment issues.
Cerinte:
- University Degree;
- Previous accounting experience or studies in particular Account Payable is a
plus;
- Good knowledge of Ms Office;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Good knowledge of Portuguese;
- Good communication and organisational skills.
