Key Responsibilities : 
1. Ensures 1st level support service to resolve problems encountered by 
External customers, precisely Germans;
  2. Analyses calls, mail, web submit sent by the customers;
  3. Gives required support, whenever possible, efficiently and effectively and 
in accordance with priority and impact.
  4. Participates as a team member to achieve established maintenance 
objectives;
  
Requirements: 
  1. Fluence in both German and English ;
  2.  Technical skills : Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Internet;
  3. Customer sensitivity : understands the needs, requests, problems and 
priorities of customers, responds immediately to their needs;
  4. Oral and written communication skills.
