Responsibilities:
q Determine the customers existing support stream by reviewing the
current support fees paid; validate fees with Companys service contracts
database. Verify all paid invoices and perform additional mathematical
calculations if necessary.
q Compile and consolidate necessary data from the research performed.
Enter data into a complex Microsoft Excel template and alter the template as
needed
q Keeping manager up to date with workload and independently managing
workload and asking for more work or requesting assistance with workload where
needed.
q Understanding and keeping up to date with the systems & applications
and policies used by Company
Requirements:
q Good command of English
q Strong mathematical aptitude
q Organized and detail oriented
q Good computer skills (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint etc)
