You will have to:

- provide 1st level client specific product/software support;
- handle related problems encountered in order of priority and within the 
optimum time scale

You need:

- Fluency in German;
- Fluency in English;
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Internet Explorer;
- No previous experience
