RESPONSIBILITIES: 
   
  • Consolidate from various sources a single “target customer” list of 
possible target customers for reference recruitment 
• Participate in various communications channels to farm potential customers 
for reference target 
• Update target customer list with exact sales and support information from 
various sources 
• Validate customer information – baseline and product - from various sources 
• Identify Key or Named Reference customers from target list 
• eMail invitations to target customers to participate in reference programs 
• Proactively search for suitable reference matches in various Company systems 
to identified top deals by product, by industry, by region or by solution areas 
• Ensure data accuracy of information and send suitable reference matches to 
specific sales representatives 
• Educate sales reps on the usage of reference database and reference workbench 
tools 
• eMail “thank you's” to reference customers upon completion of activities 
• Assist country or corporate reference managers in research of reference 
customers 
• Ensure data accuracy of specific reference customers, with regards to 
customer information, product association and related collateral 
• Update information in customer record upon completion of reference activities 
or collateral – non-Key or Named Reference customers only
   
  QUALIFICATIONS: 
   
  • Good analytical / problem solving skills in order to determine requirements 
for reference target, recruitment or fulfillment 
• Good communications skills to relate relevant information to sales 
representatives, country or corporate reference managers 
• Result orientated and able to drive initiative, prioritize assignments, and 
maintain focus on goals 
• Strong personal drive with a keen sense of urgency, motivation, and tenacity 
in achieving results 
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to fulfill the 
responsibilities for the assigned product, industry, solution or geographic 
area 
• Strong computer skills to navigate across multiple Company systems and tools 
• Strong focus on internal customers by showing capability to interpret and to 
match the internal customer's needs to the capabilities of the reference 
fulfillment 
• Interest in building and maintaining relationships with internal customers 
• Very good team worker 
• Excellent English and Spanish language skills 
• Able to work various hours to meet the requirements of global operations 
• Able to communicate in a 3rd language – French, Portuguese, Italian, German, 
Korean, Chinese, Japanese – preferable
