* Lead various Agile development projects.
* Responsible for sprint planning and execution.
* Responsible for removal/escalation of impediments.
* Serves as a mentor & coach to members of the sprint team.
* Responsible for reporting of risks, impediments, sprint and release progress.
* Mentoring of team members in various areas of Agile, serve as an Agile proponent throughout organization.
* Lead teams in the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.
* Facilitate issue resolution.
* Facilitate the team in identifying & managing interactivity dependencies within product development.
* Facilitate the estimation of Product Backlog Items.
* Act as the focal point for project communications.
* Conduct on-going project meetings.
* Gather & disseminate project information on a regular basis (end of sprint summary report.)
* Create an environment of team spirit.
* Work with Program Manager and other Scrum Masters to identify and address cross-project dependences.
* Contribute to ongoing refinement of software development processes.
* Scrum Master Certification is a MUST.
* 8-10 years in a technical software development environment.
* 3-4 years experience as a software Program/Project Manager using Agile techniques.
* Must have experience as a Scrum Master accomplishing multiple initiatives.
* Management approach, teaching teams, consulting on projects, and leading as Scrum Master.
* Advanced understanding of and experience with Software Development project life cycles, as well as advanced project management skills.
* Impeccable communication and cross-team coordination skills. Solid oral, written, and presentation as well as strong interpersonal skills are required
* Great facilitation skills.
* Able to lead by serving.
* Possess self awareness almost to a fault.
* Has a stake in seeing the team succeed. Needs to have a low personal ego, but high pride in building team.
* Good relationship building skills as needs to have a good relationship with Managers, Product Managers/owners, UX, Network Engineering, others...
* Able to understand technical and business folks.
