· One full life cycle SAP project implementation
preferred.
· 4+ years of *HR ABAP *programming experience
· ABAP development and *SAP R/3 *(version 4.6C or
higher) workbench tools
· 1 + years of SAP Workflow experience
· Experience with *SAP's NetWeaver *Developer
Studio, *SAPscript*, and RFC's is a plus
· Experience with Enterprise Portal, *Web Dynpro*,
and Web Methods is a plus
· *SAP ABAP Certification is a plus *
*Job Description: *
The SAP Developer will develop and maintain application programs based upon
system specifications. The position requires analyzing system change
requests, providing work estimates, configuration of standard solutions,
testing and training. This includes production support, system enhancements
and project implementations.
*Skills Required: *
Develop and maintain application based upon
specifications·programs
· *Code, test and implement *ABAP programs and
modifications in the *Human Resources (HR) *module
Troubleshoot, identify and resolve problems that
occur with programs or software·day to day
· Apply updates and fixes to software applications,
include *OSS** *note researches and evaluation
Provide technical designs from designs with high
level coding designs·functional
Document processes, designs, and activities·testing
Provide production support and assistance·technical
Involved in the lifecycle of projects from design
through go-live·critical
Assist functional team with direction to design
high quality solutions·technical
Provide solid, error free and technical solutions
with the minimum of management supervision·efficient
· Develop complex *HR ABAP *programs including
system interfaces
· Development of custom Infotypes
Development of custom Macros when for Logical
Databases·necessary
Coding for HR Structural ·Authorizations
Working knowledge of the HR Cluster especially
those related to the Payroll Process·tables
· Enhancements for Dynamic Actions
Enhancements for Remuneration ·Statements
· Knowledge of Adobe Interactive Form Integration
with HR
· *BSI Tax Software *Tub Application and Trouble
Shooting
Prepare development estimates that used for
project planning purposes·will be
Assist in identifying and resolving issues across
multiple functional areas·SAP
Provide problem resolution for SAP to internal
business partners and maintain support logs and·support issues technical
documentation
Research SAP/OSS notes to resolve ·issues
Establish coding and development for portal
technologies·standards
Provide after hours support of the as needed·SAP
system
Facilitate code reviews and opportunities to
improve existing programs·identify
Resolve issues with programs that system
performance problems·are causing
· Assist with upgrades, support packs
