The initial phase is expected to be completed by the end of the year and subsequent phases are planned for 2008. The PM must have a strong presence, the ability to manage scope, and previous experience working in a governance environment. PMP highly preferred, but will consider outstanding candidates without a PMP. Any prior experience with claims is a nice to have.
