Daily activities include: client support/issue resolution, new client conversions, project requirements definition, development of design specifications, building/configuring/testing new system functions to enhance the user experience. Experience in client support, issue resolution, client conversions, business unit configuration design, requirements identification, test plan development/execution is required. Technical experience in support and development of Oracle, SQL, UNIX scripting and JCL is required. Knowledge of the order to cash business process and function is necessary. Strong communication and client service skills are required.
