ORACLE GL FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT We are seeking an Oracle functional consultant who has experience with the 12i Oracle General Ledger (GL) module. We are seeking a consultant who has experience with 12i implementations. Candidates who do not have experience with 12i need not apply. Our client is in the process of migrating from Oracle 11.5.7 to 12i. Upon hiring, the successful candidate will support the Upgrade Project and help with miscellaneous tasks in the client's accounting process. Among the general tasks will be FSG (financial statement generator) cleanup and rewrites, GL allocation setups and setup of intercompany journal entries. Preference will be given to the candidate who has an accounting background but who now sets up the Oracle GL application as a career. Candidates must have experience with GAAP and preference will be given to those candidates who have utility experience (but utility experience is not required). Location: Phoenix, AZ.
