Position: Oracle Application Consultant with Release 12 Exp Location: Tustin, California Duration: 10-12 Months RESPONSIBILITY Lead all development efforts for an R12 implementation for Financials, HR, Service, and Distribution. This includes: - Creating the detailed project development plan for all R.I.C.E components - Management of all landed and offshore technical designers and developers - Overseeing technical design reviews - Develop the integration strategy and lead the system architecture activities - Develop the data conversion strategy - Develop the proper IT control and migration processes as it relates to application development QUALIFICATIONS Candidate must possess the following skills: - Led the technical development track (one fully accountable for all technical work) for at least 3 full life cycle Oracle EBS implementations. - Led a development team of both onshore and offshore members consisting of at least 40 members - Led the technical team responsible for a significant number of R.I.C.E elements (20,000+ hours) with a high degree of complexity (i.e. 30+ interfaces, 50+ customizations, etc...)
