Our ideal candidate will have 7+ years of QA experience, SUPERIOR communication skills, ability to work with little management direction (but will be required to meet with me directly weekly for status and updates), experience working with RUP and Agile, able to work with a small very close knit team, flexible work schedule, and have superior analysis skills. Technical skills should be similar to Online Banking analysts (Quality Center and ClearQuest). Silk experience is a plus, but not required.
