Skills: Unix shell scripting, Perl, Weblogic admin., SQL Technical: o UNIX -- Three or more years of UNIX experience including some Unix shell scripting and/or Perl Scripting. o Tibco One + years Tibco administration - Desired o Weblogic -- One or more years of Weblogic administration or one year Weblogic experience plus Weblogic Certification Prefer experience with Weblogic on Unix as well as Windows. o Demonstrated ability to perform problem solving, troubleshooting, and identify root cause. o One or more years of database experience. Need to demonstrate a clear understanding of Database basics (Prefer Oracle experience) and Experience with and ability to write and execute SQL (Demonstrated ability to write stored procedures is a plus.) o Functional: o Three or more years experience with customer support. o Strong analytical and thinking skills o Ability and commitment to work both as an individual and as a member of a team to support customers o Excellent communication skills Role of the Enterprise Application Administrator is to build and maintain non-production application environments. Candidate will work with enterprise wide applications and personnel as well as other team members to establish and maintain high availability of test environments in a challenging, fast paced atmosphere. A successful candidate will be a member of a team responsible for team deliverables and meeting specified milestones. Candidate will be required to build environments to specifications, set up and modify configurations, install kits, perform advanced troubleshooting and provide root cause analysis, and write shell scripts and SQL queries. A successful candidate will also be able to follow, maintain, document, and help establish standard processes to ensure repeatability.
