*Job Descriptions: *

   - Oil and Gas Industry a must
   - The selected Project Manager will be responsible for applying a Project
   Management discipline through the component processes of project initiation,
   planning, execution, control and closing for the set of activities required
   to implement changed business processes.
   - Initial responsibilities will be to organize the work within scope and
   develop a plan to ensure full end to end coverage and smooth integration
   between processes. This includes integration with other work streams such as
   Sell to Business Customer (StBC), Financial Shared Services (FSS) and
   Procurement Goods & Services (PGS).
   - Concurrent with the planning will be the requirement to capture the
   risks to the business for each change and to support the Business
   Leads/Focal Points as they define the business process changes & mitigations
   for those risks. In General, the typical Project Manager's responsibilities
   that apply to this assignment include, but are not limited to:
      - Communicates effectively through the range of communication media
      (verbal, visual     and written).
      - Uses the communication channels and adjusts style to meet the needs
      of the  situation (Communicating and Persuading)
      - Manages financial performance, time frames, and customer
      specifications for projects to deliver business results and increase
      profitability (Managing Business Performance) -
      - Uses principles, methods, techniques and tools for the effective
      management of projects from initiation through to implementation (Project
      Management Methods)
      - Assesses and addresses the potential of risk (Risk Management)
      - Works collaboratively on project teams and identifies and addresses
      areas of disagreement and conflict;
      - Arrives at constructive solutions while maintaining positive working
      relationships (Team Working)
      - Proactively identifies potential issues to project plan and leads
      resolution and re-planning activities with stakeholders to realign
      strategies and close identified gaps (Analyzing and solving problems)
      - Determine resource requirements (e.g. staffing, funding, timing)
      based on business objectives and operational needs (Business Analysis
      Techniques)
      - Establishes courses of action for to ensure work remains in
      alignment with project plans (Planning and Organization)
      - Initiates regular reporting status checks and project closeout to
      actively monitor and remain accountable for progress of
activities against
      plan per PM methodology (Progress Reporting)
      - Effectively manage and use project management tools to assist the PM
      process including scheduling, resource balancing, and time recording
      (Project Management Tools)
      - Actively plan and monitor the progress of projects (Project planning
      and control techniques)
      - Ensuring resources and supporting functional groups retain a high
      level of standards for compliance in HSSE, quality and ethical
compliance in
      accordance with Client's Code of Conduct (Quality management)
