We are seeking a Voice User Interface Designer for our Direct Client. Location: Simi Valley, CA Duration: 6-12 Months Seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to design innovative user interfaces for speech applications. The ideal candidate should have a Human Factors / Linguistics educational background and a good knowledge of speech applications. Requirements: · Must have 4+ years in Voice User interface design (VUI) design · Experience in developing call flows and scripts for complex applications · Must be able to conduct and manage both formal and informal usability tests · Coach Voice talents · Experience in dialog and grammar tuning · Working knowledge of Nuance Speech Platform is required. · Working knowledge of productivity software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.) · Experience in design and development of speech applications for call center operations is preferred · Knowledge of software development life cycles and software development paradigms - both procedural and object-oriented. · Demonstrated ability to work alone and as a member of a team on projects of various levels of complexity. · Ability to keep pace with changes in software industry and new technologies. · Analytical skills sufficient to determine the source/resolution of problems of a moderately complex nature.
