We are looking for consultant who has experience working with *Enterprise Vault.* *Skill Set Requirements:* - Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience. - Enterprise Vault Certifications. - Multiple years experience working with EV in a large environment. - Documentation, Communication, Troubleshooting skills. - EV Upgrades. - Expert level understanding of the following EV Components in an Exchange environment: - Mailbox Archiving, Journaling, PST Migrator,Offline Vault.] - Public Folder Archiving, File System Archiving. - Sharepoint Archiving, Discovery Accelerator. *Job Duties :* - Assist client with daily monitoring and management of EV solutions within the system. - Assist client is testing and deployment of scheduled EV Product updates and patches - When necessary assist client in issue troubleshooting and route cause analysis. - Assist client in process to ensure environmental and software compatibility of EV Solutions to be installed, implemented or otherwise used. Handle EV Support issues, coordinate communications between client's operations staff and customer support staff to resolve complex issues and to assist in escalating issues. - Through discussions and demonstration, provide periodic informal on-site knowledge transfer as needed to designated client employees covering the management, normal operation and maintenance of the EV Infrastructure. - Monitor sources for new vulnerability and threat alerts. - Provide weekly status reports on Program status/ Progress for EV Management Activities and tasks, Action items and new steps relative to the EV Program. - Assist client with updating general documentation related to interviews, logistics, licensing and applicable project artifacts. - Assist client with on-going architecture updates for diagrams, configuration guide and supporting documentation for the EV Program. - Conduct Quarterly program status presentations during the performance period to checkpoint the program's status and strategic direction relative to client's business objectives.
