*Desired Start Date: 1/12/2009 * *Desired End Date: 6 Months * * * *At least 7 years of technical experience with at least 3 years of project management experience, leading multiple teams on multiple projects. Experience leading projects from requirements definition through entire life cycle, matrixing across projects and teams. Excellent communication skills.* * * *PROJECT DETAILS: This person will be working on a Tech/Server Refresh project.* * * *Work with the various application and testing organizations to establish the test plan for server refresh.* * * *Work with the application teams to develop the migration estimate to migrate their applications to new servers.* * * *Manage as needed the migration of the applications to the new servers and transition to run (if necessary).* * * * * *1. Demonstrates working knowledge of project management methodology and SDLC and basic knowledge of program management.* *2. Experience with transition planning.* *3. Manages medium to large projects.* *4. Solid communication skills with experience working with senior level management and business partners.* *5. Financial management experience (invoicing, budget tracking, time reporting, SLA's) * *6. Ensures project is delivered within approved budget, schedule, contingency and meets quality standards.* *7.
