US Citizen or Green Card Holders -- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Seeking individual with Oracle/Siebel Analytics and ETL expertise to support the design and development of new business intelligence and reporting framework. The individual will take a technical lead on a Business Intelligence (BI) development projects to deliver complex dashboards and reporting solutions based on Siebel Energy. Work with the business users and business analysts to identify and refine business requirements. Strong verbal communication and documentation skills are required. Work with Informatica ETL to extend and support Siebel data mappings. Provide mentoring to Client's BI team on the Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI/Siebel Analytics) technology stack including Analytics Server, Analytics Web, Siebel Dashboards, Answers, and Delivers. Assist with the organization and management of the OBI development, QA, staging, and production environments and associated migration procedures. Design data warehouses and reporting to perform well in a high transaction volume environment. Must be knowledgeable of and follow the Siebel Best Practices. Must have experience in Siebel Energy vertical, Marketing & Campaigns, have experience in Siebel release 7.8. Must have served in a lead technical role in previous assignments. Will be expected to provide technical direction to the development team to achieve project goals and objectives. Preference will be shown to candidates with experience using Siebel Energy in the utility business environment.
