Review M-DCPS process requirements and suggest further enhancements and improvements where possible. Define User Authorization profiles and security roles. Identify needs for systems development, specify requirements and review data requirements with Development team. Develop interface designs to the identified legacy systems and applications. Develop work procedures for user related to SAP system. Assist in the preparation and validation of end user training and documentation. Work with other teams to ensure an integrated end-to-end solution is delivered. Report delays and risks to team leads. Adhere to ERP PMO project standards. * * *Qualifications*** SAP version ECC 6 implementation experience. Strong experience in K-12 and Concurrent Employment. Multiple implementations of SAP HR in Public Sector. Additional skills in other SAP modules a plus. Public sector retirement plan experience. Must be able to participate in a team environment and communicate effectively. Ability to communicate in oral and written form effectively. Experience in conversion and production support. Ability to configure Benefits tables for Administration, Benefits-Payroll integration, ESS Enrollment.
