PROCLAIM facilitates employee benefit validation, control of the claim adjudication process and payment from *EDI* (Electronic Data Interchange) to finalizing claim. The system provides on-line handling of plan, eligibility information, claims history, automatic adjudication, inquiry, automatic correspondence and reports of benefit explanations and payments. External Claim Pricing Program (ECPP).
