Send the resume/Rate and Contact Info *System Engineer With QIP, DNS* *Location: Dallas, TX or NY* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Must have full life cycle experience with QIP Product…* Develop and maintain interactive tools to be used with the *QIP* product and ensure compliance with corporate regulations. Maintain existing tools used by the Operations personnel. Perform troubleshooting activities on escalated customer issues using Corporate Problem Management system. Work with the DNS Operations team and the DNS Engineering team to implement new products and services into the Corporate DNS infrastructure. Provide after hours support for DNS related problems reported by customers, automatic alerts, and local system administrators when escalated. Support the Continuity of Business tests as required by the Corporation. Keep all paperwork related to the job functions up-to-date (change records, problem tickets, procedure manuals, etc).
