I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The Department of Information Resources (DIR) requires the services of one Project Manager hereafter referred to as Worker, who meets the general qualification of ITSAC Title/Level Project Manager 2, ITSAC Technology Type Core and the specifications outlined in this document for the Office of the Attorney General -Child Support Division (OAG).
All work products resulting from the project shall be considered "works made for hire" and are the property of the OAG. OAG may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Workers) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by the Texas law. OAG will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Worker.
TASKS:
· Develop, implement, and manage a cross-functional team consisting of partners from multiple agencies in order to pilot an enhanced employment and child support collection initiative focusing on hard-to-employ NCPs within the OAG caseload.
· Track and analyze deliverables of the pilot program; communicate progress on deliverables to OAG leadership and both internal and external program partners.
· Evaluate quantitative and qualitative findings from the program and utilize findings to develop enhanced trainings, workshops, and curricula development related to employment and child support collections.
· Some travel required.
Other Special Requirements (Optional): The worker will be required to travel during the term of this contract.
The purchase order should reflect $8,000 allocated for travel reimbursement in accordance with contract
specifications.

III. TERM OF SERVICE
Services are expected to start as soon as possible and go through approximately August 31, 2009. The total worker hours shall not exceed 560 hours. This service may be renewed and/or extended further providing both parties agree in writing to do so.
IV. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION
A. Services shall be provided during normal business hours unless otherwise coordinated through the OAG. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM, excluding State holidays when the agency is closed.
B. The primary work location(s) will be at the OAG facility, located at 5500 Oltorf, Austin, Texas. Any and all travel, per diem, parking, and/or living expenses shall be at the Worker's and/or Vendor's expense.
