· Remain up-to-date with the TAPS documentation at company including any recent changes
· Conduct periodic code reviews on Projects and Application Change Requests (ACRs)
· Verify developer adherence to company's standards and industry best practices when not documented in company's standards.
· Mentor developers on technologies (new and existing) as needed
· Complete technical documentation required for architectural reviews
· Attend all applicable architectural reviews
· Work with the Architect and the developers to create the design
· Create or assign tech spec creation to appropriate developers
· Responsible for verification that proper application technical documentation exists and is up to date for the projects/applications assigned.
