The result would be focused on improving the overall health of the insured, which should actually drive costs of providing care down of the life of the insured. *Application Development Architect - Configurator * Technology Director focused on the care management platform responsible for developing the Configurator. Actively contribute to software development strategy and product roadmap specific to care management platform Configurator. Lead the development of the information architecture to manage the complexity of Health Advocacy. Drive user experience, thought leadership. Lead team in collaborative development of prototype for demonstration of concepts. Manage, motivate and lead development managers and development leads. Manage multiple concurrent streams of development activity and align development with the SDLC including Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Work with project management, development and test leadership to ensure that your team meets organizational standards and takes advantage of innovation within the organization. Drive development and process improvements. Participate in hiring, coaching and performance evaluation of staff. Anticipates issues and risks and crafts mitigation plans. Establish development priorities. Participate in software design reviews and specification reviews. *SKILLS :* UI and business process focus. Experience with assembly projects. Experience creating a utilities to manage business processes and configuration. Experience managing rule sets (Blaze Experience managing process concepts within BPM products (IBM Process Server). Experience with toolsets (JSF, DOJO, mash up). Experience leading a team in collaborative development of prototypes for demonstration of concepts.
