This person would become part of an upgrade team which has been planning this upgrade for over a year. At this point, we have implemented 2 pilot plants and about 20% of the planned Client customizations. We have over 100 Maximo installations to upgrade from 4.1.1. *Minimum skills required (all of the following):* 1. IBM Maximo Asset Management System version 6 or 7 2. SQL 2005, Java, Websphere (we will talk to applicants with 2 of these 3) 3. Project management experience, RUP or a similar software development process, stellar documentation skills ASP, JSP, Business Objects and BIRT reporting. 4.
