Must have passed both Written and Lab portion. Candidates with just written portion will not be considered* *DESCRIPTION:* Provides Tier-4 (advanced) technical support, configuration development and testing for Global VAN project on Cisco OSR, Cisco GSR and Cisco CRS-1 routers. Collaborates with system engineering, test engineering, operations support personnel, and capacity management organization to deploy VoIP related equipment to meet global network expansion needs. Manages IP address assignment to all GVAN and VoAVPN routers. Writes deployment guidelines and troubleshooting guides. Performs low-level routing troubleshooting to assist Tier-3 technical support personnel. CCIE engineer with experience with Cisco OSR and GSR routers, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, HSRP/VRRP. Extensive hands on experience with router configurations. Hands on Layer-3 troubleshooting required. Atleast 5 years experience with a service provider required. Excellent oral and written communication required. Excellent teamwork required. Experience at the Internet Service Provider level and performance testing a strong plus.
