Must have a minimum of 5 years of overall professional work experience. They need to be able to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. The ability to work in a fast paced team environment is essential for this position. Strong verbal and written skills are also required. *REQUIRED SKILLS:* - Bachelor or Masters degree - Siebel 7.8 experience (certification a plus) - Overall IT experience (5 plus years) - Overall Siebel experience (3+ Years) - Experience in Siebel Configuration, Scripting, EIM, Workflow, Server/Application Administration and Integration. - Participation in each phase of at least one full Siebel lifecycle implementations (including Analysis, Design, Configuration, and Testing) - At least 2 years of experience with Relational database such as Oracle, SQL Server. - Experience in software implementation methodology *DESIRED SKILLS:* Siebel Financial Vertical experience/knowledge Siebel Assignment Manager Actuate Developer Workbench Knowledge of PL/SQL stored procedures, functions.
