Position: Project Manager with strong Exp in Telecom Location: MD Duration 12 Months Responsible for defining project scope, guidelines, and coordination of resources to execute project. In addition, the Project Manager will communicate deliverables/milestone, and will direct staff internally and/or externally to ensure on-time, on-budget, and in spec delivery of product/project. Project Managers understand a multitude of methodologies and have a strong technical background. Furthermore, they have the ability to participate in client presentations. Successful candidates must possess the additional skills listed below. .Genesys GVP, PBX, VHT and other voice and network technologies .Call center and CRM technologies like CTI and screen pop .Technologies such as web services, XML, J2EE, EAI, ESB, etc Proven ability to successfully manage projects involving: .Voice systems delivery/interactive voice response units .Telecom projects including middleware development Strong project management skills including: .Communications to project teams, vendors, and highest levels of management .Vendor management and negotiations .Leadership and ability to motivate a large team .SDLC/PMLC and ability to follow detailed project management processes .Scheduling, budgets and forecasts, status reporting .Manage issues, identify and mitigate risks .Resource management and allocation in a matrix organization .Allegiance to the organization Applicants not possessing all of these skills will not be considered for the position.
