This position is for Developers who have acquired enough prior academic and business experience to assume a technical leadership role in the Organization and independently execute the needs of the business with only broad, high level direction from Sr. Staff. This sometimes requires at least moderate knowledge of the subject matter for the assigned application. Provide technical leadership for implementations and enhancements. Provides direction and communicates to key executives as to the technical progress. Perform design analysis and recommend solutions for the implementation and further roll out of SAP software modules. Help set and adhere to budgets and timelines on implementations. Work with MS Project to layout timelines and manage small projects. Additionally, the Senior ABAP consultant needs to be responsible to set the example and ensure consistent and quality ABAP is delivered and mentor other more junior ABAP Developers. Coordinate and design solutions Strong adherence to quality control standards and processes for working in validated environments. Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements; Must have worked on at least 4 full-life cycle implementations; Strong attention to detail and quality skills Excellent written and oral communication skills.
