70K is a little low in my opinion. But then again, I live in silicon valley.
Since it's a recruiter, they are probably taking 30% or more out of what Amazon is actually paying. I had a different recruiter call me the other day about this position - if it is infact the same position. They stated only 3 month contract-to-hire at $65/hour (if you're experienced). The fact that it's a different recruiter is why I hate dealing with recruiters. One says $35, another says $65. Amazon can afford much higher than $35/hour, but that's recruiters for ya. --- Dave Rolsky <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > On Thu, 17 Jun 2004, Anthony Ettinger wrote: > > > Wow, 20 openings for one position. > > > > Too bad the payrate is a little low.
