We are Applied Research Services, Inc. (ARS) ( http://www.ars-corp.com ).  We are a national consulting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. We specialize in criminal justice research, evaluation, and policy development.  Since 1994, we have helped our clients discover data-driven solutions to critical problems. We are in immediate need of a programmer (contract or perm) to maintain existing web sites, finish building .Net 2003 windows applications, and build new .Net 2003 windows applications.   We need someone with experience in SQL 2000, Coldfusion MX 7 (and fusebox 4.0), .Net 2003, SPSS, graphic design, and familiarity with Win 2003 Server.  We are looking for someone who can devote a minimum of 40 hrs/wk.  You should be a good communicator who can work independently and start immediately.  The rate/salary is negotiable based on experience.
