Details:
 
25-30 hours / week to start, 1099 contract.
Potential Full-Time Permanent Position with benefits.
Starting pay $14 - $18 per hour depending on experience.
Hourly rate can increase quickly if you can deliver. 
Permanent position potential 40k-55k annual plus bonuses.
Very flexible hours – progressive atmosphere.
Most likely 10-4 Mon-Thu or something similar that works for both.
 
Summary:
 
This position requires an individual that can think on their feet, follow
through with tasks until they are completed, take on projects with minimal
direction, work under intense deadlines and prioritize tasks.
 
Should have at least 3 years ColdFusion CFML programming experience. Working
on web sites with member areas, e-commerce through authorize.net and paypal,
good css and styles (no graphics required).  Should know the difference
between client, application and session variables. Need to understand how to
create complex joined queries in MySQL (or SQL). Good knowledge of CGI
variables, cfinclude, cffile, cfhttp, etc. Know how to set up datasources
and optimize tables. Should know how to write custom UDF’s. We develop
several sites simultaneously all based on fairly complex CF code.  Must have
very clean, well written and commented programming style.
 
Basically we have about 25 projects we are developing, we will have a
meeting to review the specific project then you will write the code for it.
There is one other programmer in the office and one off-site available by
instant messaging, telephone or email for support as well as lots of
existing code to reference.
 
Us:
 
7+ year old – still growing internet company based in Roswell near 400. We
have a very laid-back fun environment; however we also deal with intense
deadlines and are very serious about our work.  This position will start off
part-time on a contract basis, it may move to full time permanent with
plenty of room for growth.
 
You:
 
Don’t mind listening to music while working.
Enjoy life size darth vader and mickey mouse cardboard cutouts.
Business-casual / jeans dress.
Need to be able to write code FAST :)
Need to be able to handle tight deadlines without supervision.
We normally don’t work weekends but we do work late sometimes.
Able to see projects through to completion with minimal or no supervision. 
Self motivated & self sufficient. 
Takes direction well and is able to suggest unique and creative solutions to
problems.
Positive attitude – eager to take on new challenges!
