Coldfusion Developer

Requirements:
* Coldfusion
* SQL Server 2000
* Prior experience in Sales ordering, tracking or performance
systems.
AND/OR Call center performance tracking systems Prior experience
in dealing with large data sets and building dynamic reports.
Project Scope:
We are building a dynamic reporting system for Wireline business and
Sales ordering & tracking systems knowledge is a must for this project
Qualifications:
* Highly self motivated candidates with proven experience in
developing call center and/or sales performance reporting applications.
This app tracks agents and sales force performance metrics
* Some metrics include Average Handle Time, Hold time, Not ready,
Availability, Short calls, Repeat calls, Transfer calls and sales
metrics. Candidate should have extensive experience in analyzing,
collecting and processing data from Automatic call distribution (ACD)
and ICM systems ( Genesys, Avaya, Rockwell, DMS100 & Nortel) and rolling
up metrics with dynamic org hierarchy (15 levels) and field structure
* Candidates are expected to have strong experience in Analysis,
Design, Coding and Testing. Skillset: ColdFusion MX(with adv features),
SQL Server 2005, Java Script, HTML, VB .Net, CLR and highly experienced
in writing advanced SQL and Stored procedures and complex data modeling
* Complex Data Analysis and reporting experience a must.Analytics
& Statistics background
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the performance of any/all functions
involved in the development of new applications or the
support/maintenance of existing applications. This may include working
directly with clients to define and meet their decision support and data
access requirements. The Senior Analyst converts high level application
designs and system flows into applications and programs or processing
flows that meet our corporate standards, strategies and application
portfolio directions. This position is responsible for ensuring the
installation and testing of major releases is completed in a timely and
error-free manner. Responsibilities may include monitoring on-line
systems, batch jobs and tuning where appropriate. The Senior Analyst may
trial, test, and implement new products to ensure better and longer
on-line availability or application effectiveness. In an application
