We have an immediate need for a talented ColdFusion Professional to work from our office in Lawrenceville GA. We offer a challenging position with a 20+ year old company in the automotive industry with an established brand known for quality. This is a permanent position with responsibilities of developing new applications and maintaining existing CF applications for our established business. We have several business models under our umbrella, so your expertise will be used in many ways. Responsibilities - This developer will maintain applications and server systems for current and future business goals by providing professional software solutions at the enterprise level. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-traffic websites and applications as well as providing technical support for organizations to solve business needs. The ability to translate business objectives into working applications will be important in this role. Experience working with e-commerce stores is essential and your expertise will be relied upon as we expand our web-sales initiative. Qualifications - Solid Understanding of ColdFusion 8+ Language & Components Relational Databases - MySQL w/phpMyAdmin Experience Strong Understanding of CFCs and Code Re-Use Object Oriented Programming Knowledge / MVC Architecture / Frameworks / Object Factories Windows Server 2008 / ColdFusion 9 Server Maintenance Experience HTML, Javascript, jQuery, AJAX, CSS, SQL, XML, SSL, Web Standards Excellent Communication Skills with the ability to translate technical terms to non-technical teams E-commerce stores, inventory systems, and custom application development Bonus Qualifications - PHP Expertise / Software Migration PCI Compliance / Security Standards SEO / SEM Experience / Product and Brand Web Marketing Please send cover letter, updated resume, and code samples to [email protected] for immediate evaluation.
