Hiring Manager Notes:
We are moving to a more centralized model with internal support of IT and will be in 2 different locations in 4/2013. This resource needs to be proficient with Windows Server Administration and management. They will need experience supporting middleware applications with ColdFusion 9 or 7 server admin, .NET knowledge and SharePoint 2010. If they have come from a development background that would be excellent. They will install this SW on windows servers, configure on the server, and provide problem resolution with ColdFusion.
They need to understand Windows 2003, VMware ESX, Security, change controls, Active Directory, Group Policy upgrades, diverse with Window OS, and support of the Web environment.
MCSE big plus
3+ years of minimum experience
Need to have previous experience with a financial institution
This is in a post-production environment but any development experience may be helpful.
There won’t be micromanagement and this person will need to hit the ground running.
They also need to be a TEAM PLAYER, respectful to the team and management, be comfortable with a structured environment, and outgoing personality.
On Call for 2 months out of the year- otherwise: M-F 8-5
