The sandbox-lint pytest + CLI both pin against the baseline. - .claude/skills/setup-steward/SKILL.md: fixed a stale anchor pointing at the pre-rename Step 12 heading. Step 12 in adopt.md grew the "sandbox-allowlist" segment when the helper invocation pass was added, so the slug changed. Caught by the skill-validator's anchor-resolution check. - docs/setup/secure-agent-setup.md: doctoc refresh — the Security rationale subsection added in the previous commit was not yet reflected in the TOC.
