Mechanism-only: descriptive prose keeps the clean source names; the magpie- prefix appears in invocation (/magpie-setup), install paths (.claude/skills/magpie-setup), and gitignore. The snapshot source path moves from .claude/skills/ to skills/ (PR1 relocation, picked up here for the adopt mechanism). The transient verify probe .steward-verify-probe.tmp becomes .magpie-verify-probe.tmp. Out of scope (later phases): the v1->v2 upgrade migration (PR4), the ~/.config/apache-steward XDG dir (PR4), framework-name prose "steward" and the package name (docs sweep), and the [tool.steward.checks] config namespace.
