I am a Partner with a recruiting firm named Winter, Wyman & Co., and I'm working with one of the largest advertising firms in the world to find two talented PHP developers to join their growing Digital Media team. I've recently placed the first member of their PHP development group and he is loving the environment so far. The ideal candidate will have experience designing/building PHP back-ends to connect with Flash-based, Rich Media front-ends. Anyone with formal Actionscript development experience is highly preferred. You don't need to have experience working in an agency environment, but that also would be a plus. The culture and benefits at this firm are one of their greatest strengths, including some ridiculous holiday schedules for the summer! I've got a salary range of 90-120 DOE.
