has an immediate opening for a full-time PHP Web Developer.
We are a small, fast-growing business publishing high-value content for
professional traders.
Job responsibilities include:
Work with product and technical staff to define product requirements
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable and robust web applications,
components, and modules
Develop Web Services and API's for Rich Internet Applications
Troubleshoot existing LAMP based applications when necessary
You will be working with a team of high-achieving systems developers, writers,
editors, financial researchers and successful sales and marketing
professionals.
Requirements
PHP5
MySQL
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Complete utilization of the LAMP stack in a production environment
Experience in building commercial-based web applications
Solid understanding of SVN source control and disciplined team collaboration
Self-motivated, diligent and thorough with a can-do attitude
A college degree is required. This job is not suitable for telecommuting or
