Salary to 85 - 100K 2) Dir/VP of engineering role for a strong LAMP stack enthusiast who maintains approach due to passion for coding. Salary to 130K plus equity. This role will hire their own development team for this profitable company as they bring their development work in-house to focus on new web 2.0 development efforts. 3) Senior Software Engineer/Architect for consumer facing media development firm. We have placed 11 people into roles with this with this 30+ person development shop and their growth grows with their popularity. 90 - 115K .
