My Fortune 100 client is searching for an experienced Web Developer to
participate in ongoing web site redesign efforts with the goal of increasing
efficiency and optimization for smartphones, tablets, and “smart” TV by
utilizing the latest web technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).  The
selected candidate will also use PHP and MySQL to develop new and existing
public facing web applications.  This is a full-time, on-site contract
position in Midtown NYC.  The position has the possibility of going perm.
 This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with the right skills!

*Preferred Skills*


   - 5+ years with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
   - 2+ building mobile websites and applications
   - Experience working on high traffic public facing web sites
   - 3+ years with LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) in a production
   environment
   - Strong understanding of cross browser compatibility
   - Experience with CVS/SVN (subversion)
   - Basic understanding of web services and streaming media is a plus
   - Experience with CMS workflows and templates is a plus
