We upload a maven 1 pom. Previously, this has caused a maven 2 pom to
be auto-created, so we don't take any action. So, this is really an
issue for the maven guys. (Its certainly not something we can upload
without going via them)

For now, I would recommend taking the v1.2 pom from ibiblio and
altering the version.
