I couldn't find the answer to this in the archives. Why doesn't the
following produce the intended output of "01:45"?
TimeOfDay time = new TimeOfDay(13,45,0);
DateTimeFormatter formatter = DateTimeFormat.forPattern("hh:mm");
System.out.println(formatter.print(time));
??:45
