Hello, I have a suggestion that might improve the clarity of Joda-Time slightly. It would be nice if there were Interval constructors that take a DateTimeZone in addition to the ones that take a Chronology-- like how the DateTime constructors are set up. I experienced a small bug because I wasn't aware that Interval could even have a time zone. I instantiated one from two longs. When I grabbed the start time, I discovered that it was in the JDK's local time zone--not UTC as I was expecting.
