The operating system should have no effect when creating a DateTime in 
this manner. The only factor that matters is the time zone information 
stored in the joda-time jar file.

As such, there should be no difference between running the same jar file 
on two different systems in this way. (The operating system affects what 
the current time is, but not when creating using field values like this.)
