Appreciate the kind words. I will survive this bout of illness and I
am going to make everyone here have a great Christmas or die drying.
Seriously, I have finished my shopping and now only have to have Ray
buy bags to put them in. I did it all from my bed or my recliner.
QVC is wonderful, No trying to get a good parking place, no fighting
the crowds, no bad weather to have to deal with. Yep, home shopping
is wonderful!
Ray bought me the X Files flick! I am so happy to get to see it over
and over. I do not think it got a fair shake when it came out in
July. Batman was only in it's second week and nothing could beat it.
Then the X Files fans were harsh because Chris Carter wanted to make
a movie really about the relationship of Muller and Scully. He wanted
anyone to be able to view this flick without having to be a hard core
File fan. Really, if you think about it, most of the shows were about
the two of them and how their relationship was so very special. They
were always there for one another and had a bond that I think still
works today.
Anyway, they said if they do good on the DVD sales, they may make a
third film about the 2012 date when the aliens are going to attack
planet earth. Now, that will be for hardcore fans! That would be a
good way to go out!
Well, I hope all have a great weekend and get to enjoy the season!
