Oh, kalau begitu kemungkinan besar sistem Qos (pembatas bandwidth) ISP anda dipasang untuk semua protocol sehingga saat ada yang upload data maka kapasitas uplinknya menjadi habis. Coba tanyakan ke ISP anda, berapa limiter yang dipasang untuk uplink ke internet? apakah sebanding dengan kapasitas downlink anda ?
