Dear Abdualla , at first I would thank you for your organizational mind and you
interest in the JoLug dating everytime, I suggest that we need to specify our
aims as a lug and to specify the mission statement for the JoLug before
starting the management stage such as leactures or etc. I hope we specify a
statement for the lug and working through. Thanks alot

Yup. That is so true.
I do enjoy the small gathering we are getting much more than the big ones too.
But, we have to get some LUG business done too. We have to figure out how to get things done. I suggest that we move JOLUG business here to the list.
Also, we need to have a structure of some sort. A steering committee or something. Think it over some more.
Your thoughts?
